Strengthen the bond between you and your dog!
Whether you’re considering a new puppy or you’re already settled in with your dog, we offer a complete curriculum designed
to teach you and your dog the necessary skills for successful city living. In addition to basic obedience, we’ve created specialized
classes and convenient, practical workshops to address common dilemmas. We’re here to help and keep training fun! All of our
programs feature small class sizes based exclusively on modern, positive reinforcement training techniques. Private training is also available.

Puppy Class
(Suitable for puppies up to 5 months old at start of class)
Designed to make the most of your relationship with a brand new puppy, Puppy Class prioritizes instruction and guidance around the issues that hit you hardest and give your pup a solid foundation for becoming a calm, well-mannered adult. Children of all ages are welcome in this class.
- Emphasis on helping you adjust to life with a puppy
- Fast, effective housetraining
- Correct mouthing, jumping and attention-seeking barking
- Socialization to other dogs and people
- Sit, Come, Leave It, Down, Stay, Leash Walking and Impulse Control

Basic Obedience
(Perfect for dogs older than 6 months at the start of class)
Basic Obedience teaches all the fundamental cues and addresses common unwanted behaviors and their solutions.

- Problem solving common issues like jumping when greeting, destructive behaviors and housetraining

Specialized Classes
Stop Barking at Other Dogs
(Requires an in-person interview with our trainers. Please call us to make an appointment.)
Does your dog uncontrollably bark at other dogs? If so, this class is for you. Limited to four dogs, this class is for dogs that are overly reactive to other dogs. We use simple, patient techniques to acclimate your dog to the presence of other dogs.

- Learn how to apply both management and training techniques to control problem behavior

New Baby
(No prerequisite)
With the imminent arrival of a baby, many owners realize their dog¹s behavior could use a little tune-up. Getting Fifi ready for a new addition to the family requires some advance planning and a thoughtful acclimation program long before the baby actually arrives.
- Teach Quiet, Back Up, To Your Place, Sitting When Greeting, Long

Private Training
Private training is a great option if your work schedule doesn't permit you to join a class, if you want to focus on specific behaviors or if your dog needs behavior modification of vital issues like separation anxiety, housetraining, resource guarding or excessive barking and aggression. Our full-service private training can take place at your home or here at our center. You do not have to be present for private training sessions.
Private training costs $95 / hour.
