Can I take a tour?
You sure can! We’d love to have you stop by and check out our daycare. No need to call ahead or book an appointment—just stop by during our business hours. We’ll be happy to show you around and answer your questions.
What vacations do you require for my dog to participate in daycare?
Rabies, Bordetella, and DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza and Parvo)
What are the benefits of daycare?
Where do we begin? Doggy daycare is more than just a play date for your pet
In addition to the convenience and peace of mind it provides pet parents, it also does some pretty amazing things for their pets. Dogs who attend doggy daycare are less anxious, which means they suffer less from separation anxiety and display less destructive behaviors like chewing or soiling in the home. They are more apt to follow commands as these commands are reiterated throughout the day by daycare staff. They are more social and less fearful of the unknown. They are also more fit due to the excess activity. Most of all, dogs who attend daycare on a regular basis are just happier dogs. The physical and mental stimulation of being in a pack is something that all dogs inherently crave. They look forward to seeing their pack-mates, playing the games, getting the extra rush of dopamine and coming home a happy, tired, pup. Who wouldn’t love that?
If my dog requires feeding or medication during daycare, will you administer these?
We are happy to feed or medicate your pet during their day with us! Simply drop off the food and medications when you check in your pup, along with detailed instructions, and we’ll be sure that they get a private baby gate area to relax, eat and take their needed medications before returning to the pack.
Can I see what my dog is doing in daycare?
Yes! Check out our live webcams to see what our daycare pups are up to right now!
Does my pup have to be spayed or neutered?
All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 8 months of age to participate in our Daycare and boarding.
How do I sign up my pup for their 3 hour complimentary trial?
Are there specific drop off and pick up times?
Drop off and pick up can be anytime within our hours of operation
Is there a staff member there overnight during boarding?
Yes, we are staffed 24/hr
What is the purpose of the 3 hour complimentary trial?
We require a Trial to judge how your dog will interact with other dogs and to see if your dog enjoys the environment. We are concerned for not only your dog’s safety but for the safety of all of our other pets. In our social environment, it is extremely important that we disallow dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior. The trial process also allows us to introduce your dog into the general play areas slowly so that we do not overstimulate your dog. We like the trial day to be at least six hours so we have time to get to know your dog and to give your dog time to get to know the facility and his/ her future handlers.
